IPE (ee-pay)
Ipe is a Brazilian Walnut known as one of the most dense woods in the world. It is extremely resistant to rot and termites which allows it to have a lifespan of 50+ years when properly maintained. Ipe, is extremely low maintenance in comparison to other natural woods, a regular sand and re-oil will allow this product to last just as long as any manufactured surface.
